Properly completed orders will be shipped according to the service guidelines listed below. Orders are properly completed after credit card authorizations are obtained and shipping address is confirmed. In addition, ZippoCaseMuseum.com reserves the right to hold any order for suspected fraud. Orders that cannot be properly completed shall be cancelled and customer will be notified.
All ZippoCaseMuseum.com orders are shipped from Bradford, Pennsylvania 16701.
Shipping to multiple addresses
We are happy to ship items to multiple addresses. Orders to multiple addresses must be placed separately. Shipping and handling rates apply for each delivery address.
Refunds on shipping charges
If we make a mistake and send you the wrong order or you receive a damaged product, we will refund shipping charges. For shipping charge refunds without a receipt, you must provide the original order number.
U.S. shipping
We are happy to ship to addresses within the United States. If you are outside of the U.S., please visit Zippo.com for product information and authorized Zippo retailers in your country. We can ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses using the Standard Shipping and Handling method only.

We process orders within 3 to 5 business days. You

- Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
