Fuel indicator window is nearly useless- being dark and almost opaque. High maintenence. Flame jet sometimes inconsistent in height, can go out after a couple seconds or weaken. Can take several attempts nowadays for jet to come alive. Ignition system sometimes tempermental. (Have always used premium Zippo Butane).

However, well built with (still) keen tolerances. Very rugged construction.
