Policies for the Zippo online store
Placing an order
Follow these simple steps to place an order on ZippoCaseMuseum.com. If you would rather not shop online, go to your local Zippo retailer, or place your order over the phone at 814-368-1932.
We're standing by seven days a week.
- Monday — Wednesday, Saturday 9 a.m. — 5 p.m. (EST)
- Thursday 9 a.m. — 7 p.m. (EST)
- Sunday 11 a.m. — 4 p.m. (EST)
Registering as a buyer
Complete the account information and create a password that is specific to you. That will be needed to check on the status of your order and your account. It also allows us to help keep your information secure.
Finding products
Use the menus on the left side of the page to browse ZippoCaseMuseum.com by category and type of product. You can also search for a specific item by using the box, located in the middle of every page of the store. To access more information about a product, click on the name of the product to go to the product detail page.
Using the shopping cart
To place a product in your shopping cart, click the button below the product detail page. You can continue browsing or click the arrow on the right side of the shopping cart bar. Then click to complete your order. Remember, by clicking the button, you can add, change, or delete items in your shopping cart. Please note: a valid e-mail address is needed to place an order online. If you do not have a valid e-mail address, you can place your order by calling 814-368-1932.
Purchasing
After your shopping is completed and you are ready to check out, please be sure to review all of the items you've placed in your shopping cart. If you want to cancel a particular product from your order, click and check the “remove” box. Once you have all the items you wish to purchase, click the button.
Be sure to review all of the information you provided, and make any necessary changes before clicking the button. Once you place your order, you will see a confirmation page with your order number. We will send you a confirmation e-mail message.
About sales tax
Zippo is required to collect sales tax for deliveries to all states except DE, MT, ND, NH, OR, and AK. All states require sales tax be added to the order before shipping charges are added except for the following states that must add sales tax to the total order including the shipping and handling charges: AR, CO, CT, GA, HI, KS, MI, MS, NC, NE, NM, NV, NY, PA, SD, TX, WA, WI, and WV. Sales tax is calculated using the address where the product is being shipped.
Out of stock/availability
If your order is processed and the product you ordered is out of stock, a Customer Service Representative will contact you.
If an item is not available on ZippoCaseMuseum.com, you can always use the Retail Locator to search your area for an authorized Zippo retailer.
Checking on your order
When you make a purchase, you will receive a ZippoCaseMuseum.com order number by e-mail. If you no longer have that e-mail, you may obtain the information through the following:
If you have registered as a ZippoCaseMuseum.com customer, you can check the status of your order by clicking the button at the top right corner of the screen. The Account History page displays a list of all orders that you have ever placed with us. To inquire about the status of your order, use the ZippoCaseMuseum.com order number.
About your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information. Furthermore, you are responsible for all activities that occur in your account and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not responsible for any loss that you may occur as a result of any unauthorized person using your account or your password.
